How to prevent a not-invented-here-syndrom in crowdsourcing?


First, I will briefly discuss the relationship between Open Innovation and Crowdsourcing. Second, I will give an overview how current research attempts to answer the question, under what conditions crowdsourcing is a viable option for the organization. Third, I will show that a better answer in this question is rooted in considering that crowdsourcing is embedded in a social- and institutional context.
